Orbi Free Installation Terms and Event Details

1. This event is provided by NETGEAR Hong Kong and Macau distributor - Winco (Pacific) Limited.
2. Purchasers of Purchase NETGEAR Orbi RBE972S / RBE973S / RBE973SB /RBE872 /RBE873 / RBE773 / RBKE962 / RBKE963 / RBK963B are eligible to register for free on-site installation service.
3. Customers must provide their name, phone number, email, product receipt, product details, and installation address during registration.
4. Each eligible receipt can only be used for one free installation service.
5. Customers must register on this website to enjoy the free on-site installation service.
6. Customers must apply for the installation service within 7 days from the purchase date and select an installation time. Note that the selected installation time must not exceed 1 month from the purchase date.
7. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.
8. Within 3 working days after successful registration, a representative will contact you to confirm the installation date and time.
9. Rescheduling of installation must be requested at least 1 working day in advance.
10. If the customer fails to attend the scheduled installation without prior notice, the free installation service will be canceled without any compensation.
11. The free installation service is limited to basic installation, such as setting up the Orbi WiFi network. Other services such as connecting smart devices, resolving other network issues, drilling walls, wiring, or installing conduits are not included.
12. In case of any disputes, Winco (Pacific) Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
(Subject to availability)
Excludes Sundays and public holidays.

Free Installation Service is only available in certain Hong Kong areas:
General Hong Kong areas (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories urban areas)
Discovery Bay, outlying islands, and other remote areas (service not provided)
